You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The product is unused, unburnt, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to customer mishandling
  • You have the original order invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Due to the nature of incense products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products used or opened
  • Items without original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at aashapuranaagarbatti@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We’ll assess the case and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Wait for approval and further instructions from our support team
  3. Package the item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship it to the address we provide in the return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider

If rejected, the item will be shipped back to you.


7. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., incorrect fragrance), please initiate a return request and mention your desired replacement. Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item.


8. Cancellations
